CLASSROOM CONCEPTS. REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCES.

Learning beyond the classroom.

Our program can be tailored to complement HPE, Sport & Recreation, Mathematics, Science and Health—connecting classroom learning with practical experiences through golf.

01

HPE / Physical Education

Develop movement skills, coordination and strategic thinking. Explore swing biomechanics and use practice and feedback to analyse performance.

02

Sport & Recreation

Explore participation, coaching, officiating and fitness through golf. Students can also plan and organise group activities and friendly golf challenges.

03

Mathematics

Bring measurement and statistics into play with distances, scoring, averages and graphs. Analyse shot data to investigate relationships such as swing speed and distance.

04

Science / Physics

Investigate forces, energy, launch angles and projectile motion. Use golf shots as a practical context for exploring how and why a ball travels.

05

Health

Explore the connections between physical activity, wellbeing, resilience and social participation. Use golf as a context for discussing healthy habits and lifelong recreation.

Activities and learning outcomes can be planned with your school to suit year levels, teaching goals and relevant curriculum requirements.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you tee off.

Have something else in mind?
Tell us about your school.

Do students need to have played golf before?

No. The program introduces the fundamentals and builds confidence through guided practice and small-group activities.

Do schools need to supply clubs?

Clubs, bags and balls can be supplied if required. Let us know about any equipment needs when you enquire.

How does supervision work?

A qualified teacher is onsite for every session and can support school staff or supervise the group independently by prior arrangement. We agree on transport, handover and supervision before commencement.

Can we book a single session?

Yes. Casual school visits are $20 per student per session, including equipment and compulsory supervision. Request a date and we will confirm the session arrangements.

What happens in wet weather?

We discuss suitable alternatives or catch-up arrangements with the school. The agreed weather, payment and cancellation terms are provided before a booking is confirmed.

Can we use a Play On! voucher?

Ask us about voucher arrangements when you enquire. Eligibility, current voucher value and redemption requirements need to be confirmed before a voucher can be applied.
